Group Procurement Notice

The Township of Joly participates in group (cooperative) procurement arrangements to achieve better value, efficiency, and pricing on goods and services. Through membership in, or access to, group purchasing organizations, the Township may procure certain goods and services through pre-established agreements rather than issuing an independent Township tender or Request for Proposal (RFP).

As a result, members of the public and prospective vendors should be aware that not all Township purchases will be publicly tendered. Where a need has already been satisfied through a competitive process conducted by one of these organizations, the Township may procure directly under that agreement in accordance with its Procurement Policy.

The group procurement organizations the Township may access include:

Vendors interested in bidding on opportunities through these organizations are encouraged to visit the links above directly and register for their mailing lists or vendor portals, as these opportunities are managed independently of the Township.
