Job Opening – Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
The Municipal Law Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing provincial statute, municipal by-laws and providing public information to ensure the protection of residents, property and employees. The By-law Enforcement Officer provides inspection and enforcement services pertaining to Legislated Statutes and/or for the By-laws of the Villages of South River and Burk’s Fall, the Townships of Strong and Joly. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the position and will be designated as a "Provincial Offences Officer" for the Municipality.

This is a full-time position averaging 35 hours per week with variable working hours, comprehensive benefits , and vehicle for work purposes.
The salary range is from $27 to $33 per hour commensurate with ability and experience.
